AI that actually does the work.
Built for the tasks no one wants.

Always-on agents that live on a small machine in your office and take over the filing, data entry and checking. A person approves every decision.

AI can already do this work.
Most offices use a fraction of it.

The tools are good enough today. What’s missing is someone to sit between the model and your business. The key unlock is building it around the way you work. That’s what Willow Applied does.

One email in. Filed, entered and checked. You only see the decision.

A pay application, start to finish, in the tools a real office already uses.

The work.

Jobs an agent takes off someone’s desk. Real builds from The 30 come first. Pick one to see where the work arrives, what the agent does, and where it lands.

How it starts

Give us one job.
See it working.

  1. 01Tell Ryan the most annoying part of your job

Twenty minutes on the phone about one task: the mail, the pay apps, the quarterly report. No forms, no requirements doc.

  2. 02Ryan builds it on your sample files

It gets a small machine in your office, its own inbox and logins to the tools you already use.

  3. 03You only make the call

Every morning it has read, entered, filed and checked. What needs you arrives as one message with the decision ready.

  4. 04Ryan keeps building

Once the first job runs, he builds the next one. One new tool at a time.

The 30. Thirty days. As many builds as we can ship.

October 8 to November 6. Ryan is talking to as many businesses as he can about their busywork and repetitive tasks, and building from those conversations. Every build that ships is added to The work.

I spent three years in equity research at Goldman Sachs. A lot of my job was reading large documents, entering data, and triple-checking output. The same work agents can now do.

I started Willow Applied to pass off the work no one wants to do. Our mission is to end busywork, giving employees real time back to focus on what matters.

Questions from our partners.

Where does my data go?
The agent runs on a machine in your office and works inside the systems you already use. To read a document, it sends the text to Anthropic’s commercial API, which doesn’t train on customer data. Nothing goes anywhere else, and you can unplug it at any time.
What can it touch?
Only what you give it: its own inbox and the folders and logins you set up for it. It reads, enters data, files and drafts. It never pays, signs or sends anything to anyone on its own; a person approves every decision.
What if it gets something wrong?
It shows its work: what it read, what it changed, and why. Anything that doesn’t tie out is held and flagged for you instead of passed along.
Does it work with our systems?
If the work runs through email, shared folders, spreadsheets or exports from a system like Yardi or AppFolio, almost certainly. The examples here use Outlook, Box, Excel and Teams. Tell Ryan what you use on the call.
What does it cost?
Your build in The 30 is free. To keep it running, and to keep Ryan building new tools for your office, it’s a flat monthly price, quoted on the call before you commit to anything.

What’s the most annoying thing you do at work? See it handled.

Tell Ryan the task you’d hand off first. He reads every one and replies within a day to set up the 20-minute conversation.
