Privacy Policy

Willow Applied LLC (“Willow Applied”, “we”) is a New York company. This policy covers the website at willowapplied.com and the internal software tool we operate, called Willow Harness.

This website

If you use the form on our homepage, we receive what you type: a description of a task, and optionally your name, company and work email. We use it only to understand the problem and, if it’s a fit, to contact you. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. It is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and deleted on request.

We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Willow Harness and Google data

Willow Harness is an internal tool. It connects only to Google accounts that belong to Willow Applied and its owner, and it is not offered to the public or to customers. With permission granted by the account owner, it reads Gmail messages and Google Calendar events so it can summarize mail, flag items that need a reply, and prepare schedules. Its access is read-only: it does not send, delete or change anything in those accounts.

Data received from Google APIs is processed on computers we control and by the AI model provider we use to read and summarize it (Anthropic). It is used only to provide those features to the account owner, and is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else. Its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, protect it with access controls and encryption provided by our service providers, and delete it on request.
